Upgrade in credit rating

Buenos Aires, January 15, 2025. Pampa Energía S.A. (‘Pampa’ or the ‘Company’; NYSE: PAM; ByMA: PAMP) announces that, due to the improvement in Argentina’s sovereign foreign currency rating, Moody’s Ratings upgraded Pampa’s rating from “Caa3” to “Caa1” with a stable outlook.
