Reduction of the Transition Period for the Concession at HINISA
Buenos Aires, June 11, 2024. Pampa Energía S.A. (‘Pampa’ or the ‘Company’; NYSE: PAM; ByMA: PAMP) announces the publication of Res. SE No. 98/24, which modifies Res. SE No. 83/24 announced on June 4, 2024, in the following ways:
- Reduces the transition period from 12 to 6 months, during which HINISA must continue to manage the concession granted by the Province of Mendoza (extendable for an equal period); and
- Removes Energía Argentina SA (ENARSA) as observer of the Los Nihuiles system, replacing it with the Undersecretary of Energy and Mining of the Ministry of Economy and Environment of the Province of Mendoza.
Thus, the new expiration date will be November 30, 2024, provided no extension is implemented.
