Redemption of the 2023 Notes: final payment notice

Buenos Aires, June 8, 2023. Pampa Energía S.A. (‘Pampa’ or the ‘Company’; NYSE: PAM; ByMA: PAMP) informs that, regarding the release published on May 5, 2023, as of June 8, 2023, Pampa has settled the Series T Notes due on July 21, 2023 (the “2023 Notes”) in an aggregate nominal amount of US$92,907,000. After said cancellation, there is no outstanding 2023 Notes.
