Notice of interests’ payment date

Buenos Aires, July 28, 2020. Pampa Energía S.A. (‘Pampa’ or the ‘Company’; NYSE: PAM; ByMA: PAMP) informs that, following the releases dated July 21 and 24, 2020, the Company will proceed with the following payments on August 10, 2020:

1. The eighth period of interests for US$18.4 million, corresponding to Series T Corporate Bonds issued in 2016 for US$500 million, maturing in 2023 with an interest rate of 7.375% (the ‘2023 CBs’); and

2. The seventh period of interests for US$28.1 million, corresponding to Series I Corporate Bonds issued in 2017 for US$750 million, maturing in 2027 with an interest rate of 7.5% (the ‘2027 CBs’, and jointly with the 2023 CBs, the ‘Corporate Bonds’).

Thus, the Company will comply with the interests’ payment within the 30-day grace period, according to the terms and conditions stipulated in the Indenture that governs the Corporate Bonds.
