Extension of the transition period for the Concession at HINISA

Buenos Aires, January 8, 2025. Pampa Energía S.A. (‘Pampa’ or the ‘Company’; NYSE: PAM; ByMA: PAMP) announces that, through Res. SE No. 383/24, the Secretariat of Energy has extended for six months the concession granted by the National Government for power generation, effective from its expiration.

As a result, the new expiration date will be June 1, 2025.
