Corporate reorganization
Buenos Aires, April 29, 2024. Pampa Energía S.A. (‘Pampa’ or the ‘Company’; NYSE: PAM; ByMA: PAMP) announces that today, the Shareholders’ Meeting of Pampa approved the merger of Pampa, as the absorbing company, with a portion of split-off assets from Comercializadora e Inversora S.A., which is 100% controlled both directly and indirectly by Pampa, following the terms of section 82 of the Argentine General Companies Law and section 80 of the Argentine Income Tax Law. The merger will be effective as of January 1, 2024.
