Awarding of Renewable Energy Project

Project Awarded Within the National and International Open Call for Development of Renewable Energy Projects Framework ‘Programa RenovAr Ronda 1’

Buenos Aires, October 11, 2016. Pampa Energía S.A. (‘Pampa’ or the ‘Company’; NYSE: PAM; BCBA: PAMP) informs that, within the National and International Open Call ‘Programa RenovAr Ronda 1’ (the ‘Call’), our subsidiary Central Térmica Loma de la Lata S.A. was awarded one wind farm project named ‘Corti’, which consists in building a 100 MW installed capacity plant in Bahía Blanca, Buenos Aires Province (the ‘Project’).

The awarded Project is estimated to disburse an investment of approximately AR$2.1 billion.
