CAMMESA’s payment situation
Buenos Aires, April 22, 2024. Pampa Energía S.A. (‘Pampa’ or the ‘Company’; NYSE: PAM; ByMA: PAMP), in response to the request made by the Argentine Securities and Exchange Commission (CNV) and in light of certain journalist pieces published regarding CAMMESA’s payment situation that mention Pampa, informs that as of today, CAMMESA’s debt amounts to AR$133,191,236,814 (including accrued interest). The overdue transactions pending payment are December 2023’s AR$38,907,909,098, January 2024’s AR$43,965,580,313, and February 2024’s AR$50,317,747,401.
Pampa carries out dozens of financial operations daily to efficiently manage its liquidity and investments, which is usual in its financial management.
Finally, it is clarified that, to date, Pampa has sufficient solvency to meet its operational and financial obligations, which is why no Relevant Event was issued on this matter before the CNV’s request.
