ENRE’s approval to sale of controlling stake in Edenor

Buenos Aires, June 24, 2021. Pampa Energía S.A. (‘Pampa’ or the ‘Company’; NYSE: PAM; ByMA: PAMP) informs that today the National Electricity Regulatory Entity (Ente Nacional Regulador de la Electricidad, ‘ENRE’) issued and published in the Official Gazette (‘Boletín Oficial’) the Resolution No. 207/2021, approving the sale of Class A common shares representing 51% of the capital stock and votes of Empresa Distribuidora y Comercializadora Norte S.A. (‘Edenor’) to Empresa de Energía del Cono Sur S.A., in accordance with the shares purchase and sale agreement executed and announed on December 28, 2020 relevant event.
