Power Supply Contract between CTLL and Cammesa

Power Supply Contract with CAMMESA under the Tender for New Thermal Generation with Committed Availability to the Wholesale Electricity Market

Buenos Aires, July 4, 2016. Pampa Energía S.A. (‘Pampa’ or the ‘Company’; NYSE: PAM; Buenos Aires Stock Exchange: PAMP), informs that on July 1, 2016 our subsidiary Central Térmica Loma de la Lata S.A. (‘CTLL’) and the Wholesale Electricity Market Clearing House (Compañía Administradora del Mercado Mayorista Eléctrico S.A. or ‘CAMMESA’) subscribed a Power Supply Contract (the ‘Contract’) for a 10-year period as an award to the tender for new generation capacity provision, as stipulated in the Secretariat of Electric Energy Resolution No. 21/2016.

In said tender, CTLL bid a project to install and commission a 105 MW gas-fired aeroderivative turbine with high efficiency, at our power plant located in Neuquén province. We estimate a total investment of AR$1,350 million and commissioning date around August 2017. Thus, once the addition is completed, CTLL would reach an installed capacity of 750 MW.
