In power generation, Pampa operates an installed capacity of approximately 5,472 MW, which represents 13% of Argentina’s installed capacity.
In power transmission, Pampa co-controls Transener, a company in which we have a 26.3% indirect interest and operates and maintains 86% of the Argentine high voltage transmission grid covering 22.4 thousand km of lines.
The assets in oil and gas comprises both operated and non-operated blocks at Pampa Energía’s stake. The total average production as of Q4 24 in Argentina amounted to 61.6 thousand barrels of oil equivalent per day (94% gas), with operations in 11 productive blocks and 688 productive wells as of December 31, 2024.
In the gas value chain, midstream is made up by our 25.5% co-controlling interest at TGS, the country’s largest gas transportation company, owning a 9,248 km-long gas pipelines and a NGL plant, General Cerri, with production capacity of 1 million tons per year.
Finally, in downstream, Pampa owns two high-complexity petrochemical plants producing styrene, Styrene Butadiene Rubber (‘SBR’) and polystyrene, with a domestic market share ranging between 93% and 100%.
Pampa is listed on the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange (‘ByMA’) under the ticker ‘PAMP’, takes part in the S&P Merval and the sustainability (non-traded) indexes, and is a member of the special stocks quote panel, known as +GC Panel, which selects listed companies having the best corporate governance practices.
Pampa has a Level II American Depositary Share (‘ADS’) program listed in the New York Stock Exchange (‘NYSE’) under the ticker ‘PAM’, and each ADS represents 25 common shares.
