(‘Pampa’ or the ‘Company’; NYSE: PAM; ByMA: PAMP) announces that today, Fitch Ratings upgraded Pampa’s long-term foreign and local currency ratings from ‘B’ to ‘B+’ and affirmed the rating on Pampa’s senior unsecured bonds at ‘B+’ with a recovery rating of ‘RR4’. The rating outlook is stable.
