In this sense, Hidroeléctrica Los Nihuiles S.A. (“HINISA”) and the Province of Mendoza executed the Handover Certificate for the Concession Assets, for the transfer of the assets subject to the concession in accordance with the applicable contractual and regulatory provisions.
