Modification of the Share Repurchase Program
Buenos Aires, September 9, 2024. Pampa Energía S.A. (‘Pampa’ or the ‘Company’; NYSE: PAM; ByMA: PAMP) announces that today the Board of Directors of Pampa modified the current Share Repurchase Program, so that it will only remain in effect if the price of the ADR and the ordinary shares are below the previously established maximum limits for repurchase. If the prices exceed the limit, the plan will be automatically suspended on the next business day. On the other hand, the plan will be reactivated on the next business day if the price is at or below the maximum stipulated for repurchase, as long as this occurs within the plan’s effective term.
