Launching of Negotiations for the Sale of Assets

Buenos Aires, March 9, 2016. Pampa Energía S.A. (‘Pampa‘ or the ‘Company‘; NYSE: PAM; Buenos Aires Stock Exchange: PAMP) informs that pursuant to the continuous assessment of its corporate strategy and in the light of the possible incorporation of new assets, on this date, Pampa‘s Board of Directors has approved to start negotiations regarding the possible sale of the Company‘s indirect stake in Transportadora de Gas del Sur S.A. (“TGS”).
