Buenos Aires, May 20, 2025. Pampa Energía S.A. (‘Pampa’ or the ‘Company’; NYSE: PAM; ByMA: PAMP) announces the successful reopening of its international bond maturing in December 2034, with a 7.875% interest rate (the ‘2034 Notes’), for US$340 million issued at a discount, yielding 8%.
Proceeds will be used to redeem the international bond due in April 2029 and bear interest at 9.125%, for a principal amount of US$300 million plus accrued interest (the ‘2029 Notes’).
The offering was more than twice oversubscribed, reflecting strong demand and investor confidence in Pampa. This transaction extends the Company’s debt maturities, reduces interest expenses and reinforces the 2034 Notes as Pampa’s benchmark bond, now totaling US$700 million. The 2034 Notes were also priced at the lowest spread over U.S. Treasuries in Pampa’s debt issuance history.
This transaction enhances Pampa’s debt maturity profile, pushing out the 2029 Notes’ due date by five and a half years and reaching an average life of 6.1 years.
