Buenos Aires, December 24, 2024. Pampa Energía S.A. (‘Pampa’ or the ‘Company’; NYSE: PAM; ByMA: PAMP) announces that yesterday, the Board of Directors approved the appointment of Adolfo Zuberbuhler as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Pampa. Additionally, Nicolás Mindlin will join Pampa’s Executive Committee, assuming the role of Executive Vice President effective from January 1, 2025.
