Buenos Aires, September 7, 2026. Pampa Energía S.A. (“Pampa”, la “Compañía” o la “Sociedad”; NYSE: PAM; ByMA: PAMP) announces that today the Argentine Ministry of Economy has approved the application submitted by Fértil Pampa for the Fertilizer Project to join the RIGI under the Long-Term Strategic Export Project (‘PEELP’) category (the ‘Project’).
The Project, previously announced on July 17, 2026, contemplates the construction, operation and management of an industrial complex with a 6 thousand tons per day production capacity of granular urea, equivalent to 2.1 million tons per year. The total estimated investment for the Project amounts to approximately US$2.7 billion, under a turn key contract.
