Buenos Aires, December 9, 2025. Pampa Energía S.A. (‘Pampa’ or the ‘Company’; NYSE: PAM; ByMA: PAMP) announces that yesterday, Pampa early redeemed the third amortization installment of the CB Series 9 for the remaining outstanding amount of US$61 million (the “2026 Notes”).
As a result, there are no 2026 Notes outstanding.
