Buenos Aires, November 10, 2025. Pampa Energía S.A. (‘Pampa’ or the ‘Company’; NYSE: PAM; ByMA: PAMP) announces the successful placement of a new international bond for US$450 million, maturing in November 2037, with an annual coupon of 7.75% and a yield of 8.125%.
The offering attracted demand exceeding US$1.5 billion, enabling Pampa to secure a competitive yield and set a record 12-year tenor, marking a historic milestone as the longest-dated bond ever issued by a private Argentine company. This achievement underscores the continued confidence of institutional investors in the Company’s business strength and growth strategy.
Proceeds from the issuance will be used to strengthen Pampa’s financial profile, including the repayment of the 2026 international bond, which carries a 9.5% annual coupon, and the settlement of other short-term financial obligations. Additionally, the transaction will support the Company’s strategic investment plan in Vaca Muerta, with a focus on developing the Rincón de Aranda shale oil field.
